  1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt.

  2. Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or tampering will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  1. Opened or used products.

  2. Clearance or promotional items.

  3. Perishable or personal-use items such as sponges, brushes, or disposable applicators.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Initiation: Contact our support team at support@brandwaly.com with your order details and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Processing: Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
