Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns or exchanges.

Clearance or promotional items.

Return and Exchange Process:

Processing: Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
